Ph3Title and Summary /h3pExecutive Assistant, General Counsel Strategic Initiatives, MA, IMC and Legal Operations /ph3Role Overview /h3pThe Executive Assistant will be supporting the General Counsel Strategic Initiatives, MA, IMC and Legal Operations and some of his direct reports (limited to few tasks such as TE, organization of meetings). /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliTE: Travel, expenses, budget management, logistics around travel (agendas, meeting with local executives, team 121, townhalls, team gathering, etc.) /liliCalendar management /liliOffice Logistics: Ordering Office supplies and Onsite Team management (desk/cupboard/locker assignment) /liliReporting /liliOutside counsel management: enter outside counsel requests through the Source and tracking them; /liliDevelop PPTs and other presentation materials as requested /liliAssist in executive engagement and event management activities /liliResearch special topics as assigned. /liliServe as administrative liaison with others within and outside the company. /liliCoordinate work with other employees as needed. /liliSupport the team well-being by organizing various activities (IE: Christmas lunch; volunteering day, team building, etc.) /li /ulh3All About You /h3ulliPassionate about technology, AI and interested in working in an international, dynamic team /liliAdministrative experience in a corporate environment interfacing with senior and executive level management and senior customers. /liliNatural talent to think proactively, solve problems and help others. /liliExceptional interpersonal skills and ability to work well in both team and individual settings and to build strong network. /liliStrong knowledge Microsoft Office skills /liliSuperior time management, planning, and organizational skills. /liliHigh School education.
