Analyse and redesign business processes impacting service delivery and customer experience.
Support and coach business analysts for efficient teamwork.
Work with Product Owner to create and prioritize a clear backlog.
Communicate proactively about process changes and developments.
Deliver analyses and documentation for the strategic B2B Atlas programme.
