Job Description Play a strategic role within our client's IT organization by defining, structuring, and continuously evolving information systems that support operational activities.
Report to the Operations Systems Director and act as the technical and architectural reference for the Operations domain.
Translate business needs into a coherent technical vision, define architecture principles, and ensure alignment with the overall enterprise architecture.
Provide technical and architectural leadership throughout the solution lifecycle in close collaboration with business stakeholders, product managers, development teams, and external partners.
Ensure consistency, quality, and proper documentation of deployed solutions across the Operations landscape.
Operate in a cross-functional environment, providing functional oversight and coordinating external consultants to deliver reliable, high-performing, and resilient operational systems.
The Successful Applicant Proven experience as a Tech Lead, Solution Architect, or Senior Engineer in complex, business‑critical environments, ideally with a strong technical background
Ability to translate business requirements into a clear technical vision, balancing short-term needs with long-term architectural consistency
Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical topics to non-technical audiences.
Fluent in English and French
