Overview
Role Type: Permanent.
Responsibilities
* Articulate strategic partnerships with third‑sector organizations and lead political relationships with executive and legislative branches.
* Expand public policy initiatives and represent the Institute before entities such as Consed and Conass.
* Strengthen resource‑capture strategies and ensure institutional presence in high‑impact agendas to advance the cause.
* Attract and deepen institutional partnerships with third‑sector organizations aligned with Natura Institute themes.
* Engage in political articulation with federal, state, and municipal governments to prospect and expand support for systemic, structuring public policy.
* Leverage influence for maintaining active relationships with priority networks and legislators to follow and influence strategic topics and interface with key parliamentarians.
* Build relationships with representative entities (Conass, Consed, Consec, others) to strengthen institutional ties.
* Identify new opportunities and strategic partnerships to bolster resource‑capture strategy.
* Represent the Institute at events and strategic agendas.
* Participate in specific projects with specialized areas.
Qualifications
* Complete academic background in public policy (public administration, international relations, or related) or engineering, economics, or other relevant fields.
* Experience managing third‑sector organizations with government engagement.
* Proficiency with Google Presentations.
* Ability to work with public data bases on women's education, law, and health topics.
Desired Skills
* Experience in strategic consulting.
* Advanced proficiency in English or Spanish.
