What you’ll work on:
Advising banks, funds, and corporate clients on financing transactions (acquisition finance, leveraged finance, real estate finance)
Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating loan agreements, security packages, and intercreditor agreements
Supporting structured finance and cross-border banking transactions
Assisting with due diligence and regulatory aspects of financing deals
Working on corporate lending, refinancing, and capital structuring matters
Your profile:
Belgian law degree
0–5 years’ experience in Banking & Finance law (junior to mid-level)
First language: Dutch or French
