Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Business Partner (HRBP) to oversee human resources operations for our Brazil office. The ideal candidate will be a hands‑on professional capable of managing the full employee lifecycle, from talent acquisition to offboarding. You will partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals while ensuring compliance with local labor laws and fostering a positive, engaging workplace culture.


Key Responsibilities


Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

* Manage full‑cycle recruiting for the Brazil office, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent.
* Collaborate with hiring managers to draft and refine job descriptions and develop effective interview processes.
* Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience frominitialoutreach to offer negotiation.


Onboarding & Offboarding

* Design and execute comprehensive onboarding plans to effectively integrate new hires into the KORE Wireless culture and their specific roles.
* Manage the offboarding process, including conducting exit interviews, processing terminations, and ensuring smooth transitions.


Employee Relations

* Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and grievances in the Brazil office.
* Provide guidance and coaching to managers on performance management, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
* Foster a positive, inclusive, and highly engaged work environment.


Payroll & Time Keeping

* Oversee and process local payroll accurately and on time, working in tandem with finance and external payrollvendorsas necessary.
* Manage time‑keeping systems, ensuringaccuratetracking of employee hours, overtime, and time off (such as PTO, sick leave, and holidays).
* Ensure all payroll and time‑keeping practices are fully compliant with Brazilian labor laws (CLT).


HR Operations & Compliance

* Maintainaccurateand up‑to‑date employee records and HR systems.
* Ensure compliance with all local employment laws, regulations, and reporting requirements in Brazil.
* Implement and uphold global KORE Wireless HR policies while adapting them appropriately for the local market.


Qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, ora relatedfieldis preffered .
* Proven experience as an HR Business Partner, HR Generalist, or similar role, specificallyoperatingwithin Brazil.
* Deep understanding of Brazilian labor laws (CLT), payroll processes, and compliance requirements.
* Strong background in full‑cycle recruitment and talent acquisition.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and partner effectively with leaders and employees at all levels.
* Proficiencyin English and Portuguese (written and spoken) isrequired.
* Experience in the telecommunications, technology, or IoT sector is a plus.
