Job Description
* Within the Corporate Finance division, the Controlling department is an essential partner of the company and its entities in achieving its strategic objectives. Its main task is to allocate the company's resources optimally and to ensure that they are used in a way that achieves the set objectives, while respecting the accounting and regulatory framework
* This mission is part of the preparation of the 2028-2031 Tariff Proposal. The pricing structure will be definitively defined in the Pricing Methodology in mid-2026. Taking this framework into account, Client must propose to the regulator several tariffs for the services to be provided to its customers. The calculation of tariffs (in MW, MWh, MVAR, etc.) is a complex and very specific process. The system operator must, among other things, review and formalise its cost and product allocation keys in order to ensure that they are allocated correctly, justifiably and in accordance with regulatory requirements
* The mission consists of analysing the existing elements, defining or adjusting the distribution keys, and documenting the methodological choices with a view to exchanges with the regulator (CREG) and internal control processes
* The objective is to define, justify and document robust, consistent and defensible cost allocation keys for the new tariff period, ensuring their regulatory compliance and their adequacy with the operational and financial organization

* Cost and revenue analysis and structurin
* gAnalyze the structure of costs and revenues (OPEX, CAPEX, direct/indirect costs, common costs)
* Identify the cost centers, activities and scopes concerned by the pricing exercise
* Understand the linkages between costs and revenues, operational activities and tariff beneficiaries
* Defining Allocation Key
* Propose relevant distribution keys (technical, economic or operational drivers)
* Test and compare different key options (impact, stability, traceability)
* Verify the consistency of the keys with regulatory principles (causality, non-discrimination, transparency, etc.)
* Coordination and internal exchange
* Work closely with the Controlling, Accounting, Customers, Regulatory Affairs and several technical operational departments
* Collect and validate the necessary data (volumes, asset lifetime, assumptions)
* Ensure alignment between methodological choices and operational reality
* Documentation and Regulatory Rational
* eDocument in a structured manner the allocation keys used and the underlying assumptions
* Prepare clear materials for internal reviews, audit, and regulator
