Description
Your duties:
* You are responsible for the development of the client portfolio;
* You act as the first point of contact for clients and maintain an excellent relationship with them;
* You organize and supervise regular customer visits and recommend the right insurance products tailored to their needs;
* You actively seek out new business opportunities and focus on identifying and introducing them;
* You are responsible for achieving commercial objectives, in cooperation with the Business Line leaders and those responsible for Business Development within a matrix organization.
Profile
The Ideal Candidate
* Holds at least a Bachelor's degree in an economic, legal or insurance discipline, or a similar level through relevant experience;
* Has at least 5 years of experience in a commercial role within the insurance industry;
* Masters the Dutch language and has a good working knowledge of French; knowledge of English is a valuable addition;
* Possesses a strong commercial attitude, is a fluent communicator, results-oriented and team player;
* Is proficient in the use of MS Office 365.
