Responsibilities
* Assess the feasibility of the proposed functional analysis using technical expertise.
* Proactively advise and recommend technical improvements.
* Develop specific functionalities based on the analysis using available development tools.
* Lead progress in OpenEdge development and expand scope over time.
* Take responsibility for incident and problem resolution within the domain and continuously seek improvements of applications and processes.
* Drive functional analysis improvements, functional and technical alignments, and guide junior and senior developers to excellence.
Qualifications
* Relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
* Good spoken and written knowledge of English.
* Good collaborative skills and sense of responsibility.
* Experience with Progress OpenEdge development.
* A strong analytical mind.
* An accurate, methodical, and systematic way of working.
* A customer‑oriented approach and strong communication skills.
* Ability to work in a team as well as independently.
* Excellent problem analysis and problem‑solving skills.
* Good understanding of REST, JSON, Domain‑Driven Design, unit testing, and integration testing.
* Nice to have: experience with test‑driven development and CI/CD environments.
* Knowledge of Jenkins, ELK, Grafana, Kafka, Akeyless, BigQuery.
