Key Responsibilities
* Lead and coach a team of manufacturing professionals, providing clear direction, feedback, and support to achieve performance goals.
* Build capability and engagement within your team through effective communication, mentoring, and development planning.
* Drive alignment with GSK Quality and Manufacturing System requirements for the production of Pharmaceutical drugs, OTC products, and Medical Devices.
* Ensure compliance across critical areas, including:
o Training and competency development
o Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPAs)
o Root Cause Analysis and problem-solving
o Non-conformance management
o Audits and regulatory readiness
o Calibration verification
o Standard Operating Procedures
o Quality checks and continuous improvement initiatives
Why you?
Basic Qualifications:
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
* Minimum 2 years in a cGMP environment
* Experience in compliance and operational excellence
Preferred Qualifications:

* Proven ability to lead teams and assess individual and team performance
* Strong auditing experience
* Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
* Ability to influence and engage stakeholders across functions
