At Randstad Digital, we are looking for an IT Support Specialist - Advanced English to join a leading global company specializing in sustainable Energy Solutions and the manufacturing of wind turbines.

Responsibilities
* Provide daily IT support to office and production employees on hardware, software, and network issues, including VIP support for Directors and VPs.
* Lead and coordinate local IT projects, such as infrastructure upgrades (Access Points), office moves, and hardware lifecycle management.
* Manage IT assets, inventory, repair, and stock handling for PCs, tablets, mobile phones (iOS/Android), and meeting room equipment.
* Administer Windows Servers, Active Directory, Azure, and Cisco applications for network visibility.
* Collaborate with global teams (Philippines, Denmark) and external vendors to ensure compliance with global IT standards.
* Maintain site specific documentation and manage tickets via ServiceNow, ensuring SLA compliance.

Experience
3+ years in IT support roles, working with PC imaging, OS installation, and troubleshooting.
Desired Certifications
Plus: Knowledge in PowerShell, Power BI, Power Automate, or AI tools (Copilot Pro, UiPath).
