The team is cross‑functional, comprising functional, technical, delivery‑oriented, and pre‑sales profiles.
Key Responsibilities
* Define test plans, scenarios, and test cases.
* Hold or be in the process of obtaining MB200, MB210, or MB220 certifications.
* Define test plans and monitor the implementation of features.
* Master project methodologies (Scrum, Agile, V‑Model) and apply them effectively.
* Draft functional documentation and provide user training.
* Conduct workshops to gather and analyze client requirements and provide CRM implementation advice.
* Ensure alignment between client needs and the deployed CRM solution.
