This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you'll support internal and external stakeholders with complex technical challenges. You'll be part of a diverse support team that operates 24/7, playing a key role in improving product quality and customer satisfaction across global markets.Key responsibilities include:- Collaborating with colleagues to analyze and resolve technical and diagnostic issues- Providing support to dealers in your assigned language region- Communicating with a wide range of stakeholders including engineers, designers, and service teams- Navigating technical documentation and software systems to deliver accurate solutions- Monitoring and identifying recurring issues to contribute to structural improvements- Logging deviations and supporting root-cause analysis- Continuously updating and refining standard operating procedures (SOPs) Vereisten - Has a background in automotive engineering or has gained equivalent technical knowledge through hands-on experience- Enjoys solving complex problems and can interpret detailed technical documentation- Understands system interactions and how software applications operate- Communicates effectively and thrives in cross-functional teamwork- Is committed to continuous learning and self-improvement- Is fluent in English and at least one other European language (ideally French or Italian)- Speaks additional European languages?
