Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Manager based in Las Palmas. The Project Manager will oversee and coordinate various projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget. Daily responsibilities include planning and managing project timelines, assigning tasks, monitoring progress, facilitating communication, and evaluating outcomes. Additionally, the role involves managing logistics, expediting processes, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards as part of project delivery.
What we are looking for
* 5+ years of project management experience in offshore, maritime, shipyard, or marine engineering services.
* Track record running multi-disciplinary scopes (mechanical, structural, piping, electrical, class-driven works).
* Confident managing client relationships under pressure — schedules slip, scope creeps, you hold the line.
* Strong commercial instincts: variation orders, change management, budget control.
* Full working proficiency in English.
* Right to work in Spain / EU.
* Willing and able to be based on-site in Las Palmas.
Bonus
* Spanish, Russian, or any additional European language.
* Class society exposure (DNV, BV, ABS, LR, RINA).
* Offshore Oil & Gas, offshore wind or FPSO project experience.
