Reporting to the General Manager and as part of the Factory Management Team, you ensure compliance with regulations and company standards, identify and mitigate risks, and lead continuous improvement initiatives. You support all departments with guidance, training, and best practices, helping the factory operate safely and efficiently.What you'll doEnsure compliance with legislation, company standards, and environmental policiesImplement and promote best practices in safety and environmental protectionPlan and run safety programs, inspections, and awareness campaignsAdvise management on health, safety, and environment matters (Polish & EU regulations)Conduct workplace inspections and oversee subcontractor complianceLead and develop Behaviour-Based Safety initiativesMonitor audit trends and propose improvements to reduce hazardsInvestigate incidents, report findings, and implement corrective actionsDeliver health & safety training and support risk assessmentsCollaborate with labs to measure and manage workplace risksWho you areBachelor's degree in Safety, Environment, Engineering, or related fieldCertified Prevention Advisor Level 12+ years' HSE experience in manufacturingKnowledge of safety, health, and environmental regulations; ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 aplusSkilled in training, presentations, and project teamwork (international experience preferred)Strong communicator with problem-solving ability and adaptabilityProactive, innovative, and drivenProficient with office software tools
