In this position you will be responsible for the following tasks:
* General ledger accounting
* Performing monthly, quarterly, and year-end closings
* Review and control of the balance sheet
* Preparation and filing of the annual accounts (NBB)
* Submission of periodic VAT returns
* Preparation of corporate income tax
* Point of contact for audit matters
* Monthly financial reporting
* Process optimisation and automation
We are looking for someone that matches the following criteria:
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting
* Minimum of 3-5 years experience in accounting
* Strong knowledge of BE GAAP
* Fluent in Dutch and French, good command in English
* Excellent knowledge of Excel
* Analytical mindset
* Excellent communication skills
