They are looking for a Mechanical Project Engineer to lead installation and integration of processing equipment.Role ResponsibilitiesLead installation of food processing equipment including mixers, refiners, conches and tempering systemsDesign and coordinate stainless steel piping systemsOversee installation of pumps, heat exchangers and dosing systemsEnsure systems meet hygienic design standards (EHEDG)Support start-up and performance testing of new production linesRequirementsExperience in food processing or confectionery production environmentsStrong knowledge of mechanical systems and hygienic pipingExperience with thermal processes and temperature-controlled systemsExperience leading installation and commissioning activitiesDutch Speaking is required
