Job Description
Oversee the lifecycle of diverse, interdependent, cross‑functional projects through a set of practices and a release plan. This includes scope, resource dependencies, cross‑project alignment, deployment planning, release execution, and transparent reporting of release results for SAP and SAP‑Integrated projects.
How You Will Contribute
Manage operational responsibilities required to deliver projects and software releases following MDLZ best practices in project governance and release governance. Responsibilities include project scope review and approval, release‑level RAID management, TG approvals, release governance boards, final preparation for go‑lives, alignment sessions with senior leaders, ensuring release schedules align with business goals, and communicating the release roadmap to stakeholders.
What You Bring
* 8‑12 years of project delivery and governance experience in software delivery lifecycle of SAP projects
* End‑to‑end business and functional knowledge
* Operations experience (infrastructure and technical aspects of SAP systems and middleware platforms)
* Strong communication skills
* Leadership and problem‑solving skillset in complex/matrix organization
* Strategic thinking
Job Requirements
* 8 years of relevant experience in SAP WMS / TM
* Successful completion of two full implementation cycles in S/4 HANA
* Proficiency in SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management)
* Understanding of TMS (Transportation Management Solution)
* Ability to align scope of the solution by working closely with Design & Build Teams and ensure that business requirements are met
* Evaluate solution proposed by Design & Build team using a defined catalog of criteria, leading to approval or alternative recommendations
* Central channel to SAP for evaluating designs, solution alternatives or projects and liaise with MaxAttention team
* Coordinate UAT, sign‑offs, defect resolution and evaluate solution readiness to ensure no risks before deployment
* Establish well‑defined solution testing strategy during design phase and act as liaison with SAP MaxAttention or third‑party vendors for incident resolution
* Lead governance and relationships with SAP partner, including budgeting and estimation for specific SAP solutions
* Experience in highly scalable projects across multiple countries
* Advanced English language required
Education / Certifications
Bachelor's degree in information technology or a related field.
Travel Requirements
Less than 15% for specific activities.

Fully Remote.
Fixed‑Term Contract
Contract ending on October 31, 2027.
