Job Description
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the entire order-to-delivery cycle: order entry, follow-up, and coordination with logistics
* Serve as the main point of contact for customers, ensuring timely and accurate communication
* Monitor and maintain inventory levels, working closely with supply chain and warehouse teams
* Support forecasting activities by analyzing historical data and customer trends
* Collaborate with sales and planning teams to ensure product availability and delivery accuracy
* Handle returns, complaints, and service issues with professionalism and efficiency
* Maintain accurate records in ERP systems (SAP or similar)
The Successful Applicant
We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist (OTD) that:
* Previous experience in customer service, sales support, or logistics coordination
* Strong understanding of order management, inventory flows, and forecasting principles
* Excellent communication skills in Dutch, French, and English
* Solid IT skills: MS Office, ERP systems (SAP is a plus)
* Hands-on, solution-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills
* Able to work independently while being a team player
