This unique program offers structured development, cross-functional exposure, and the chance to complete at least one regional rotation in another Belden EMEA location during your second or third year.
Active role in our Sales team – Support the acceleration of Belden’s EMEA commercial growth agenda by contributing to Global Account performance management, Business Development execution, and strategic commercial initiatives including End Customer Program and Mega Project governance.
The role provides broad exposure to strategic account management, commercial strategy execution, and cross-functional business acceleration within EMEA.
Rotations across different Belden brands, locations, and technologies – gain exposure to various business units and countries within EMEA.
Deepen your understanding of our systems, develop your business acumen, and build your commercial and leadership skills.
Master’s degree in Technical Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
Initial work experience – at least two relevant internships or a maximum of two year of work experience.
Languages – fluent in English; additional languages such as Dutch or German are a strong plus.
