Role Overview
We are looking for a senior Enterprise Architect with strong Manufacturing domain experience to join a client-facing consulting team.
This is not a pure technical or solution architecture role — you will act as a trusted advisor, working with senior stakeholders to define, shape, and drive enterprise-wide transformation programmes across manufacturing clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead enterprise architecture strategy and transformation initiatives for manufacturing clients
* Engage with CIO / CTO / business leaders to define technology and business roadmaps
* Design and govern target architecture across business, application, data, and technology layers
* Drive modernisation of manufacturing ecosystems (ERP, MES, supply chain, plant systems, IoT)
* Translate business challenges into scalable architecture and transformation solutions
* Lead architecture governance (ARB, standards, frameworks) and ensure alignment to strategy
* Support pre-sales, solution shaping, and client advisory engagements
Core Requirements
Must-have:
* 15+ years experience in Enterprise Architecture / Solution Architecture
* Strong experience in Manufacturing / Industrial / Supply Chain domain
* Proven track record in enterprise transformation programmes
* Experience working in consulting / client-facing roles
* Strong stakeholder engagement at C-level / senior leadership
* Experience with enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, etc.)
Domain Expertise Should Include
* Manufacturing operations (plant / factory systems)
* Supply chain and logistics transformation
* MES, IoT, Industry 4.0 (preferred)
