Capgemini is seeking a proactive and skilled Semi Senior Operations Execution Analyst to join our team supporting one of the top 10 U.S. insurance carriers. Location: Brazil (Remote/Hybrid) — Preferred: Availability to work PST hours.
Responsibilities:
* Providing data analysis to support business decisions.
* Assisting in sizing initial project ideas to understand potential impacts.
* Measuring the impact after implementation to assess success and identify necessary adjustments.
* Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business needs and incorporate feedback into application updates or new developments.
Minimum Requirements:
* Ability to create professional presentations to visualize trends and communicate findings effectively to senior leadership.
Experience & Education:
* Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
* Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
Skills:
* Proficiency in English (interview conducted in English).
* Intermediate Data Analytics skills.
* Entry-level knowledge of the Insurance Industry, Portfolio Management, and Project Management.
* Intermediate skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
* Entry-level knowledge of PowerBI.
