As a Operations Support Supervisor, you will be responsible for the efficient daily operation of Business Support department, with a focus leading a team of customer service administrators and our quality and inventory team.
Leading a team of 5 direct and 10 indirect reports in a fast-paced environment
Work Monday to Friday, office hours
Fluent in English and Dutch is a plus
Report to our Business Support Manager
As a Operations Support Supervisor, you play a key role in ensuring exceptional customer service and operational efficiency. You maintain expert knowledge of customer service and inventory policies and procedures while driving strong customer engagement and delivering top service quality:
You collaborate with managers and clients to identify and implement service improvements, ensuring continuous growth and efficiency.
Your responsibilities also include overseeing daily and weekly reporting, optimizing department processes, and managing system upgrades or enhancements through coordination, analysis, and testing.
As a supervisor, you focus on developing and coaching your team, ensuring they perform at their best.
With a strong background in customer service expertise, process improvement, and efficiency, you play a vital role in enhancing both customer satisfaction and business performance.
A solid knowledge of inventory processes and stock reconciliation procedures to ensure order fulfilment and avoid out of stocks
Bachelor’s degree in logistics, engineering, supply chain management, or business administration, alternatively experience
~3-4 years’ experience within a similar business support supervisor role or an experienced team leader ready to take the next step
~ Fluent in English and Dutch is a plus
~ In charge of your own success and the necessary support in your development
