For one of our clients in the banking sector, I'm looking for an experienced Functional Analyst to support teams working on digital journeys (web & mobile).Context: You'll be involved in key digital banking topics such as:Payments (instant, mobile, QR, etc.)Cards & tokenization (Apple Pay, etc.)Onboarding & KYC processesEnd-to-end digital customer journeysYour roleTranslate business needs into functional specificationsWrite user stories (Jira) and support Agile squadsCollaborate with Product Owners, developers, architects, and testersWork in environments involving APIs xphnsxz and dataProfile+5 years' experience as a Functional / Business AnalystStrong background in digital bankingComfortable with UML, SQL, APIs, Jira/ConfluenceFluent in English + French or Dutch
