* Acting as the first point of contact for customers regarding orders, pricing and product information
* Preparing and following up on quotations in close cooperation with the sales team
* Managing and processing customer orders accurately in the ERP system
* Coordinating with internal departments such as production, logistics and finance
* Proactively monitoring deliveries and informing customers of any changes
* Contributing to process optimisation and customer satisfaction
* Has previous experience in an internal sales, customer service or commercial support role
* Communicates fluently in English; knowledge of Dutch and/or French is a strong asset
* Is structured, detail‑oriented and administratively strong
* Enjoys customer contact and thinks in solutions rather than problems
* Feels comfortable working with ERP systems and MS Office
