Through multiple business centres across Belgium, tailored expertise, innovative solutions, and dedicated support are delivered to help clients grow sustainably and succeed in a fast‑evolving environment. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liSupport the Sales management Commercial Banking team (HQ) with the coordination of ESG‑related initiatives across both Midcap and SME segments, working closely with Relationship Managers and internal functions. /li liDrive ESG coordination across the Enterprises segment (Midcap SME), contributing to a consistent and forward‑looking approach to sustainable finance. /li liEmpower Relationship Managers to integrate ESG into client conversations, strengthening long‑term relationships and creating business opportunities. /li liAct as a central ESG connector, bringing together the front and internal expertise to maximise impact and client value. /li liEnsure effective follow‑up of ESG assignments, providing clear visibility on progress and supporting the business in meeting regulatory and strategic ambitions. /li liContinuously enhance the ESG approach by simplifying processes and embedding ESG in a pragmatic and impactful way in daily activities. /li /ul h3Language Requirements /h3 ul liDutch: Native language /li liFrench: Very good knowledge /li liEnglish: Good level /li /ul h3Education /h3 ul liMaster or Bachelor’s degree with a major in economics /li /ul h3Required Experience / Knowledge /h3 ul liMinimum 2 years of experience, ideally in the banking sector. Motivated recent graduates with a solid economic background are also welcome. /li liA strong interest in and knowledge of ESG is considered a valuable asset. /li /ul h3Technical Experience /h3 ul liMandatory: IT tools (Excel, Outlook, Word, PDF) /li liPreferable: MS Office /li /ul h3Business Experience /h3 ul liMandatory: A relevant academic background in economics or business management, combined with a good understanding of ESG.
