* Optimize and implement marketing processes and workflows
* Develop manuals, checklists, and training materials
* Deliver training sessions and support internal stakeholders
* Manage marketing content and sales materials
* Coordinate translations and communication with internal/external parties
* Maintain systems for marketing assets, print materials, and digital content
* Support pricing communication and documentation
* Develop and maintain brochures, presentations, and marketing tools
* Process and follow up on marketing invoices
* Collaborate with suppliers (printers, agencies, photographers)
* Support onboarding materials and visitor experiences
* Coordinate regional events and trade shows
* Evaluate events and measure ROI
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or similar
* 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in marketing operations or similar
* Experience in an international environment is a plus
* Fluent in English (written and spoken)
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Proactive mindset with a focus on process improvement
* Strong communication skills and experience delivering training
* Able to work independently and in a team
* Experience with Excel, Adobe Acrobat, and workflow tools (Workfront, Monday.com, Smartsheet)
* Affinity with systems, data, and process mapping tools (e.g., Miro)
