Job Description
* :We are looking for an experienced Digital Product Manager to temporarily replace a colleague on maternity leave for a period of 6 months. You take product responsibility for the digital customer portal (the 'Customer Zone') and work closely within our team with fellow DPM and Digital Product Designers (UX/UI). For your product, you have structural consultation with business stakeholders and the Product Owners who are responsible for delivery
* .In addition to the daily DPM tasks, we expect you to actively contribute to professionalizing our digital product management competence — specifically around the use of ContentSquare and Confluence
* .Projects on which you will be deployed include
* :The Cuzo will be completely rebuilt to a new React stack and the scope for the first phase has already been defined. For the implementation, the PO is in the lead; you follow this up as DPM, maintain contact with the business stakeholders and the collaboration with the product designers. In the meantime, you prepare the definition and elaboration of new features
* .The new Cuzo is fed from a new underlying 'data decoupling layer' to guarantee better availability and data quality. From product features (which are already high-level on the roadmap) and desired digital experience, you help fine-tune the requirements and enrich the data model
* .You coordinate the Go-to-Market approach with each feature release and a monthly onboarding invitation mailing to new customers. You follow up on the adoption figures to report on them and make adjustments where necessary
* .The further design of ContentSquare as a product and behavioural analytics tool. Based on your expertise, you also help colleagues within the team with this tool
* .With a view to some key outcome objectives, you set up dashboards and provide you with initial analyses of user behavior, conversion, self-service adoption, CSAT/CES, uptime, et
* cSetting up and designing Confluence for daily use within the team and collaborating with some business and delivery teams through this tool

e• Demonstrable experience as a Digital Product Manager with full ownership of a digital channel or portal
• ContentSquare: hands-on experience with ContentSquare (incl certification)
:• Confluence: Experience with Confluence as a collab tool and best practices for setting it up
:• Data & analytics: You have hands-on experience with data & analytics
• SAFe / Agile: You have worked in a Scaled Agile (SAFe) environment o
n• Strong affinity with digital UX/UI and works smoothly with business stakeholders, Digital Product Designers and a delivery environment
• Combines strategic insight with a pragmatic, analytical approach, entrepreneurial and professionally assertive
• Excellent knowledge of Dutch with a solid knowledge of French and English
