Role: CSR Specialist, Employee Volunteer Programs

Engagement model draws upon its thought leadership, technology capabilities, skill‑based volunteering of employees, and philanthropic investments to enable its CSR programs, partnerships, and initiatives. This individual will lead the day‑to‑day operations of demonstrating volunteer program effectiveness and impact, both externally and internally, and equipping leaders and key stakeholders with information/messaging to further amplify the scale of such initiatives. The CSR Specialist, Employee Volunteer Programs will support the planning and execution of Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives in the USA. This position will primarily focus on supporting the employee volunteer program, community outreach and philanthropic initiatives in the United States, and will involve up to 30% travel within the United States.


Responsibilities

* Organize and coordinate volunteer events, logistics and event details
* Recruit, steward and manage CSR Champions Network nationally
* Conduct in‑person road shows and webinars with employees across the country
* Connect CSR Champions Network and employees to CSR opportunities with national nonprofit partners through initiatives in focus areas of health, education, and environment
* Support associates through internal CSR/civic leadership training program by managing virtual modules and small group cohorts
* Upload volunteer events, manage all requests and questions related to volunteering, maintain metrics reports related to volunteer impact
* Collaborate closely with CSR program teams to recruit volunteers for STEM education activities
* Regularly innovate opportunities to reach employees across the U.S. to raise awareness, inspire engagement with volunteer programs or in their own communities throughout the year
* Help administer employee recognition programs
* Coordinate payments to nonprofit partners, vendors, and suppliers


Qualifications

* Understanding of CSR and Human Resources principles and practices
* Self‑directed individual with initiative, creativity, analytical and organizational management skills
* Superb communications including writing, editing, and presentation skills
* Ability to lead and manage volunteers and volunteer groups
* Ability to collaborate with other departments, agencies, and peers to reach common goals
* Strong planning and organizational skills with close attention to detail
* Working knowledge of popular social networks
* Ability to function effectively in a fast‑paced and changing work environment


Desired Skills and Experience

* Bachelor’s degree and minimum of 6‑8 years related work experience in volunteer management, communications, cross‑functional and cross‑disciplinary project management, and business experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
* Experience with nonprofits and managing volunteer programs and events
* Experience actively building and maintaining strong relationships with business professionals and organizations
* Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office, database experience, volunteer software experience preferred but not required


Role: Corporate Social Responsibility Lead, goIT

The goIT Program Lead, Corporate Social Responsibility, will help implement STEM strategy by supporting the delivery of goIT program to increase engagement, achievement, and persistence among students. The ideal candidate will have teaching and leading experience, be self‑directed with effective presentation, facilitation and training experience in an educational environment. The goIT Lead will have a reflective and entrepreneurial approach to program development and advancement, work as part of the global goIT team to support on‑site and virtual delivery of programming across North America, and support the goIT Monthly Challenge globally. The Lead will also help prepare materials and coordinate upcoming programming, contributing toward reaching ambitious national and global goals. This position offers an excellent opportunity to make measurable impact on local and global communities and will involve up to 35% travel within the United States.


Responsibilities

* Support coordination of national and international competitions
* Manage partnerships and programming coordination for schools; lead goIT training for program partners
* Assist in‑person/virtual support during large‑scale goIT programs, problem‑solve with teachers, collect content for communications and social media, and collect and analyze pre‑and‑post survey data for all events
* On‑board students and coordinate volunteers for sessions
* Facilitate the program, collect feedback & reporting, and create content
* Collaborate with the global program team to design and pilot new program content, including technology pathways, learning modules, online courses, and impact assessment tools
* Work directly with partners and clients to coordinate impactful, well‑organized events; facilitate training and events related to goIT
* Ensure all program materials are created, assembled, and shipped in a timely manner

Role: Corporate Social Responsibility Lead, K‑12 Education

Seeking a K‑12 STEM Education Program Specialist to support Ignite My Future, a flagship Corporate Social Responsibility education initiative delivered across the United States and Canada. This role is ideal for a professional with experience in managing education partnerships, program operations, and community‑based delivery. The Program Lead will work closely with school districts, nonprofits, community organizations, local governments, and internal corporate partners to ensure high‑quality, equitable K‑12 STEM and computational‑thinking programming reaches educators and students at scale.


Job Responsibilities

* Manage and steward national and regional partnerships across school districts, nonprofits, community‑based organizations, local governments, and employee volunteer networks
* Serve as the primary point of contact between external partners and internal teams
* Identify opportunities to deepen partnerships and expand program reach
* Own operational planning and daily execution for program initiatives and events
* Lead logistics and execution for virtual and in‑person programming, including scheduling, materials preparation, partner coordination, and execution readiness in collaboration with the IMF Global team
* Ensure adherence to program standards and operational best practices
* Identify and mitigate operational risks, ensuring smooth delivery across multiple stakeholders and geographies
* Collaborate with internal corporate teams (communications, marketing, government relations, and business teams) to support program delivery and visibility
* Support and deliver select virtual and in‑person workshops, events, and convenings for educators, students, volunteers, and community stakeholders
* Represent the program at education conferences, partner events, and community forums
* Support educator engagement and professional learning experiences aligned to program priorities


Qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree and minimum 8‑10 years of cross‑functional project management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
* Experience in K‑12 education, nonprofit, or corporate social impact programs, including partnership management, program operations, and/or educator‑facing delivery
* Classroom teaching or adult learning experience is a strong plus
* Demonstrated experience managing cross‑sector partnerships and stakeholders
* Strong program operations, project management, and execution skills in complex, multi‑partner environments
