As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our organization.
* You will conduct thorough analyses, mapping current business processes and/or architecture, to identify needs and design business processes with ease.
* You will work independently and in teams to define optimal solutions and improvements, playing a key role during the implementation phase.
* You will write functional specifications and coordinate them with the development team, stepping in as project manager for smaller projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and experience in business analysis or a related field.
