We automate data collection, document extraction, and title examination - with human verification backing every AI action. Our platform is modular: clients deploy full title production, plant maintenance, report generation, or any combination across their workflows. We operate in FL, NC, PA, AR, MO, OH, NV, and IL. The Role
This is a production role. You’ll spend most of your time examining residential title files - working through the real complexity of multi-state searches, identifying defects, and delivering examination output that meets Dono’s accuracy standards. You’ll work within a hybrid AI-human production model where the platform handles data collection and extraction, and you handle the judgment calls. That means faster files, more volume, and less time on manual gathering - but the same standards expected of any experienced examiner.
What You’ll Own
Title Examination
* Examine residential title files across multiple states, primarily FL, NC, PA, OH, AR and IL
* Review deeds, mortgages, tax records, judgments, probate files, easements, and other instruments to determine title status and insurability
* Identify defects, chain breaks, unreleased liens, and ownership issues that affect marketability
* Deliver clean, accurate examination output within established turnaround targets
Search & Records Analysis
* Conduct or validate title searches using Dono’s platform and supplementary county data sources
* Navigate county-level data variation — indexing differences, document naming, courthouse access requirements
* Handle complex chain-of-title scenarios including estates, name variations, and prior instrument errors
Quality & Escalation
* Flag edge cases and complex title issues for Production Manager review
* Maintain accuracy standards across file types and states
* Apply consistent judgment on insurability determinations within established guidelines
* Work within Dono’s AI-assisted workflow and provide ground-level feedback on where platform output needs review or correction
* Identify recurring patterns in extraction errors or data gaps that affect examination quality
What We’re Looking For
Required
* 5+ years of residential title examination experience across multiple states
* Strong command of chain-of-title analysis, defect identification, and insurability determinations
* Comfortable working within technology-assisted production environments — you adapt to new tools without losing accuracy
* Detail-oriented under volume pressure - you maintain quality when the queue is full
* Strong communicator - able to flag issues clearly and work within a structured production team
* Experience working within or alongside offshore production teams
* Familiarity with AI-assisted examination workflows
* Background in high-volume production environments rather than single-file closing shops
