Are you the kind of person who enjoys meeting new people, building relationships, and helping them find a place they can call home? Do you thrive in conversations, love a challenge, and want to gain hands-on experience in sales within a fast-growing international company? Then this opportunity might be for you. We're looking for a Sales Intern who will play a key role in supporting our growth in Luxembourg. You'll be at the forefront of the member journey, helping future residents discover the Cohabs experience while developing valuable commercial, customer-facing, and operational skills. What you'll be doing Lead conversion champion: You'll be the first point of contact for potential members, qualifying leads through calls and guiding them through their housing search. Property ambassador: Organize and conduct virtual or in-person tours, showcasing our homes, amenities, and unique community experience. CRM wizard: Keep lead information, feedback, and sales activities up to date, ensuring every opportunity is tracked and followed up effectively. Prospecting xxplorer: Identify and engage potential future members across various platforms and channels. Community promoter: Work closely with the Community and Marketing teams to help promote events, initiatives, and the Cohabs lifestyle. Sales support partner: Contribute to improving processes, maintaining a healthy pipeline, and helping the team achieve occupancy targets. What we're looking for You genuinely enjoy talking to people and can build rapport quickly, whether over the phone, online, or in person. You're curious about sales, motivated by results, and eager to understand what drives customer decisions. You keep track of details, manage priorities effectively, and don't let opportunities slip through the cracks. Are you Fluent in English and French? Great. German is a strong plus. You take initiative, enjoy ownership, and aren't afraid to step outside your comfort zone. You adapt quickly, ask questions, and continuously look for ways to improve. Previous exposure to sales, customer service, hospitality, or another customer-facing role is a plus, but not a requirement. You're confident using tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM platforms.
