Key Responsibilities
* Lead the local HR function, ensuring alignment with business needs and corporate HR policies
* Act as a trusted partner to managers on all people-related matters
* Drive recruitment, onboarding, performance management, talent development, and employee engagement initiatives
* Manage employee relations and labor matters, ensuring compliance with local legislation
* Support organizational development, workforce planning, and change management projects
* Collaborate with regional and international teams on HR initiatives and best practices
What We Are Looking For
* Proven experience in a senior HR generalist role such as HR Manager or Senior HR Business Partner
* Previous experience in an industrial, manufacturing, or multinational environment is highly valued.
* Strong knowledge of employee relations and labor law
* High level of English is essential.
* Hands-on, business-oriented profile with strong communication and stakeholder management skills
