As SHE Manager you take up a central role in creating a safe, compliant, and sustainable workplace, driving cultural change, and reinforcing safety as a shared value across all levels of the organization. Lead the site's SHE strategy, with safety as the highest priority (Goal Zero). Align daily with the Plant Manager and participate in plant leadership meetings. Ensure corporate SHE standards and procedures are implemented locally. Drive root cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement. Take a leading role in the Management of Change process. Prepare the site for upcoming Seveso audits and ensure corporate programs are applied effectively at local level. Be highly visible on the shop floor – “feet on the floor, show your face” – to engage teams and lead by example. Coach, train, and motivate your team. Reinforce a culture of safety across the site, ensuring active engagement from operators to senior leadership. Proven SHE management experience in a Seveso plant environment. Strong knowledge of SHE regulations, process safety, audits, and risk assessments. Fluent in Dutch and English; comfortable in French. Strong leadership presence: not introverted, able to engage employees at all levels, and confident in interacting with senior leadership.
