I am currently looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join a large, international organisation on a hybrid basis in Milmort, Liège (4 days onsite, 1 day remote).
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role within a SharePoint migration programme, working across business and IT teams in a complex enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead business analysis activities within a SharePoint Online migration project
* Gather, analyse, and document business requirements across multiple departments
* Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions to define current and future-state processes
* Develop and maintain process maps using BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation)
* Work closely with technical teams to translate business needs into functional solutions
* Support data and document migration into SharePoint Online
* Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for optimisation
* Produce high-quality documentation including BRDs, functional specs, and process flows
* Support UAT and change management activities
Key Requirements
* Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst within large corporate environments
* SharePoint Online migration experience is essential
* Strong expertise in business process modelling (BPMN)
* Experience delivering within enterprise-scale digital transformation programmes
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
* Ability to work cross-functionally in a complex organisation
Language Skills
* Fluent French and English (both required)
