And the prospect of helping to grow a company that believes in creating an impact with qualitative data at our customers sounds good? /p pThen we are delighted to receive your personal application and we’ll contact you for an interview and a virtual cup of coffee. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead data quality initiatives end-to-end, from strategy through adoption, acting as a trusted advisor to our clients. /li liShape data quality strategies, drive implementation and ensure adoption across business and technical teams. /li liGuide clients in embedding data quality into their data platforms, processes and organizational way of working. /li liLead data quality engagements from assessment to implementation and adoption. /li liAct as the main point of contact for clients on data quality topics. /li liTranslate business challenges into structured data quality initiatives. /li liManage scope, priorities and delivery in collaboration with client stakeholders. /li liAlign with the client on architecture and support them in decisions on needed infrastructure. /li liDesign and oversee implementation of data quality rules, controls and monitoring. /li liEnsure data quality is embedded in data pipelines and lifecycle processes. /li liProvide hands‑on support where needed (SQL, tooling setup). /li liEngage with senior business and IT stakeholders to drive alignment and adoption. /li liDrive data quality culture and awareness within client organisations. /li /ul h3Job requirements /h3 ul li5-8+ years of experience in data-related roles (data quality, data governance, data engineering, data management). /li liProven experience leading data quality initiatives in client-facing environments. /li liExperience working across business and technical domains. /li liExperience with data quality tooling (e.g., Collibra, Soda, Great Expectations) and familiarity with data governance tooling. /li liAbility to guide implementation without needing to be the primary developer. /li liAble to balance strategy with execution. /li /ul h3Your growth path /h3 pDatashift is a firm believer in growing through its people.
