We are currently offering an internship opportunity for individuals interested in gaining practical experience within a Human Resources environment. This internship provide a comprehensive understanding of HR operations within a professional, multilingual setting.
👥 About the HR Team
Our HR department serves as the central point of contact for both employees and management. The team combines operational HR responsibilities, effective stakeholder communication, and a strong focus on process accuracy and compliance.
As an HR intern, you will be fully integrated into the team and will contribute to ongoing activities, gaining a realistic and hands-on understanding of modern HR practices.
📚 Key Learning Objectives
During an internship of at least two months, you will have the opportunity to:
🔍 Gain insight into HR operations
Develop an understanding of core HR processes, including personnel administration and support to managers and employees.
💻 Work with HR systems and tools
Become familiar with a variety of HR software applications and learn how digital tools contribute to efficiency and data accuracy.
🗣 Understand HR communication processes
Observe and support communication flows within HR, including interactions with employees and internal stakeholders.
🌍 Operate in a multilingual environment
Apply and further develop your language skills (Dutch, French, and English) in a professional context.

🎯 Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate:
* Is currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, Business Administration, Languages, or a related field
* Demonstrates strong learning agility, attention to detail, and discretion
* Shows a genuine interest in people management and organizational dynamics
* Has a minimum working proficiency in either French or Dutch, as well as English
* Is comfortable working in a multilingual environment
* Is available for a minimum duration of two months
