We are looking for a highly motivated, relentless, and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team.

This is a high-energy, outbound-focused role where you will be responsible for creating new business opportunities from scratch — through smart prospecting, sharp qualification, and consistent pipeline generation.

The SDR will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by qualifying inbound leads, prospecting outbound leads, and scheduling meetings with potential clients

* Relentless in execution — follows up, pushes forward, and does not take “no” easily


Key Responsibilities:

* Research, identify, and map key decision-makers within target accounts
* Drive outbound prospecting via cold calls, email outreach, LinkedIn, and social selling
* Qualify inbound and outbound leads to identify real business opportunities
* Schedule high-quality meetings for the Account Executive team
* Build and maintain a strong, consistent pipeline of opportunities
* Collaborate closely with Marketing to refine messaging and targeted campaigns
* Represent the company at industry events, meetups, and conferences to generate leads


Qualifications:


Qualifications

* 1–2 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or a similar client-facing role
* Native Spanish speaker – required
* Exceptional English (written and verbal) – must be near-native level
* Additional languages – a strong advantage
* Experience engaging with technical stakeholders is highly preferred
* Proven ability to work with targets and consistently deliver results
* Strong independence with the ability to also thrive in a team environment
