Job Summary
We are looking for a Product Operations Senior Analyst to support multiple projects in the Food business, one of the many initiatives alongside passenger transportation (99), digital payments (99Pay) or items delivery (99Entrega). You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to develop and implement product features and lead projects that will improve our users’ (especially couriers’) journey and help the growth of the Food Delivery business. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a rapidly expanding business line and to gain hands‑on experience in Product Operations in a fast‑paced environment.
International contact will be daily, as main stakeholders are located in China. As an area that centralizes information, communications and results, having project management and organization skills is a must.
Role Overview
* Leading product improvement projects based on feedback from users from surveys, focus groups, usability tests, and internal reports.
* Leading product development by sketching MVPs, designing and running tests to measure feature impact, identifying issues and solving them.
* Acting as a focal point on the rollout of new features/projects and sharing them with relevant stakeholders.
* Developing trustful relationships to transparently communicate and align with all company stakeholders, including Chinese product teams, Brazilian operations, marketing, customer support, safety, legal, finance, etc.
Qualifications & Experience
* Previous experience in product management and/or project management – mandatory.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
* Highly organized and able to handle multiple subjects and projects simultaneously.
* Curious to learn new things, adapt to new contexts and explore market dynamics and user needs/behaviour through research.
* Data‑driven thinking and comfortable with quantitative analysis (SQL is a plus).
* Full ownership mindset to be responsible and accountable for all initiatives supported.
* Fluency in English, due to daily interactions with English‑speaking teammates in Brazil and China – mandatory.
* Academic background in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related areas – preferred.
* Design‑thinking process knowledge – differential.
