SAP SuccessFactors Project Manager

For a major chemical manufacturing business in the Benelux, we are looking for a SuccessFactors Project Manager who can spearhead a SuccessFactors implementation project within the Compensation module. You would be taking accountability for the project transformation timelines, budgets and deliverables.
Responsibilities:
* You’ll lead the end-to-end delivery of SAP SuccessFactors modules.
* You’ll coordinate between internal HR teams, IT and other stakeholders. When timelines clash or scopes creep, you’re the person who finds the compromise.
* You know that a system is only as good as its data. You’ll oversee the data migration strategy and ensure the business is actually ready for UAT and go-live.
* You’ll run the steering committee meetings, manage risks before they become fires, and ensure change management isn’t just an afterthought.
Requirements:
* French, Dutch or Flemish fluency.
* You’ve taken at least two full-lifecycle SuccessFactors implementations from blueprinting through to hypercare. You know the common pitfalls of the platform.
* You have the standard toolkit (Agile/Waterfall, MS Project or Jira, RAID logs), but you value getting things done over rigid adherence to a methodology.
* You can talk data models with configuration leads and business strategy with the HR Director without losing anyone in translation.
