Ph3About the role /h3 pIn your role bas ProgramDirector E2E Planning Transformations, /b you will design and implement our customers’ business transformation by setting up full E2E supply chain transformation programs, defining next-level processes, guiding our customers through their end-to-end supply chain planning journey in its full aspects of process, organisational, people, data system change. You will use your industry experience to guide our customers towards the next level of maturity. This is by working with them, standing by their side in order to make the changes stick and flourish. /p ul lipYou take bfull responsibility for a program /b (Typical programs include 50-100 people from all parties involved (Bluecrux, customer, system implementor, other 3rd party vendors), and keep track of deliverables, milestones, resources and costs. /p /li lipYou define the best setup of the program into workstreams and define and allocate resources and skills both at the customer and bluecrux side. You balign customers partners on the methodology /b and way to approach the program. /p /li lipYou bcoach our Bluecrux team /b to deliver their best towards the overall goal. You proactively identify the luggage they still need and work towards improving their capabilities day by day. /p /li lipTowards your client, you’re ba strategic partner /b. Together, using your industry experience, you work out how supply chain-wide transformation can drive growth, reduce costs and spark innovation. /p /li lipYou organize client workshops in order to detect the client’s needs and the challenges that are tied to their planning and broader supply chain. /p /li lipYou act as the bstrongest spider on the web /b, aligning internal customer teams (business, data IT), the software solution provider, and our internal bluecrux team. You ensure that at any moment, methodology, project planning next steps are aligned, and any potential hurdles between parties are mitigated. /p /li lipYou coach your team to co-create and design the playbook together with the client. You are not afraid of stepping in wherever it is needed. The playbook documents the new way of working, both on process, system and organisational levels. /p /li lipYou provide guidance during the entire implementation process and make sure it happens in a smooth and structured manner. You do this in a proactive, open, and transparent way. /p /li lipYou are not afraid of managing the risk of a large program, thinking about mitigation, and talking this through with the respective partners. You anticipate and debottleneck issues in an open and transparent way with all levels of the organization. /p /li lipYou report the progress of the program at steerco level and internally towards the consulting management team. /p /li lipYou share your industry experience within our Bluecrux organization. /p /li /ul h3About you /h3 ul lipYou have a bproven experience in a consulting organisation /b, delivering large‑scale bsupply chain and operations transformation programmes /b for clients. /p /li lipYour program expertise covers more than 15 years, with extensive experience in bsupply chain and operations transformations /b, this with a strong track record of driving change and programme delivery. You have affinity with bsupply chain and operations processes /b, organisational design, roles and responsibilities, as well as bsystems and data /b as key enablers. /p /li lipExperience in the bLife Sciences and/or CPG / Consumer Goods /b industry is required, hence you show deep understanding of the bspecific complexities, regulatory environment and operational challenges /b of Life Sciences and/or CPG organisations. /p /li lipDemonstrated leadership in bplanning or supply chain transformations /b, including at least one end‑to‑end transformation with a strong bsystem implementation component /b (e.g. SAP IBP, APO, Kinaxis, OMP, BlueYonder, o9).
