Context and Role
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager for Evaluation, Monitoring, and Capitalization Missions to join our vibrant team of 8, supported by external experts. This key role involves managing and developing a diverse portfolio of missions that directly contribute to our capacity-building mission.
Your Responsibilities
* Strategic Monitoring: Actively monitor call for tender opportunities to ensure COTA remains at the forefront of innovations and available opportunities.
* Submission Coordination: Lead the preparation of comprehensive tender dossiers, from mobilizing expertise to precise budgeting, including the management of technical and administrative aspects.
* Partner Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with our partners, consultants, and clients to ensure effective and mutually beneficial collaborations.
* Quality Control: Oversee the entire project execution process to ensure compliance with specifications, deadlines, budgets, and guarantee the quality of deliverables.
* Contract Management: Manage contracts from A to Z, ensuring rigorous tracking of budgets, expenses, and human resources.
* Organizational Development: Contribute to the expansion and deepening of our activities impact.
Your Profile
* Autonomous and Proactive: Capable of independently carrying out your missions while effectively collaborating with your team.
* Resilience: Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high-quality standards.
* Linguistic Versatility: Excellent written proficiency in English and Dutch/French.
Technical Skills:
* Proficiency in Excel and Word.
* Gender Sensitivity: A thorough understanding of gender issues will be an advantage.
