We are looking for a Senior Windows System Administrator to strengthen an infrastructure operations team within our client environment. The consultant will ensure stable, secure and well-maintained server and desktop services, taking responsibility for advanced incident handling, system maintenance and operational continuity.

Responsibilities:
* Manage and resolve 2nd- and 3rd-line incidents related to Windows server and infrastructure components.
* Execute small implementation requests linked to the offered services.
* Maintain Windows Server environments, including patching, monitoring and optimisation.
* Support application server releases and updates.
* Maintain Citrix environments (XenDesktop / Remote Desktop Session Hosts).
* Monitor, troubleshoot and optimise infrastructure services and related components.
* Contribute to operational readiness and documentation within an IT operations environment.
Requirements:
Must-have technical skills:
* Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Active Directory and Group Policies.
* Minimum 5 years of experience with Windows Server (2012 or higher).
* Minimum 5 years of experience with Windows Infrastructure Services (DHCP, DNS, PXE) and Windows Firewall technologies.
* Minimum 2 years of experience with Microsoft 365 technologies (Exchange Online, Teams, Authentication).
General skills:
* Minimum 5 years of experience as a System Administrator (setup, maintenance, operations).
* Experience with one or more enterprise-level systems such as Unix/Linux/Windows, middleware, security infrastructure, networking, etc.
* Familiarity with ITIL processes, especially change management.
* Native-level Dutch (CEFR C2).
