About the Role:
We are seeking a Project Manager with strong delivery leadership and stakeholder management experience to support campaign execution and audience strategy initiatives for a leading banking client. The role will be responsible for managing offshore delivery teams, ensuring high-quality execution, and driving operational efficiencies across campaign workflows.
The ideal candidate should have experience in campaign execution, audience selection, bureau-based marketing processes, and cross-functional coordination across analytics, operations, and technology teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Own end-to-end delivery of campaign execution and audience selection initiatives
* Manage offshore India teams to ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality delivery
* Partner with client stakeholders across business, analytics, operations, and technology teams
* Drive execution governance, issue resolution, prioritization, and delivery tracking
* Support end-to-end campaign lifecycle including planning, forecasting, execution, analytics, and reporting
* Work with bureau attributes, segmentation strategies, and PS/DM campaign execution
* Identify opportunities for workflow optimization, automation, and scalable process improvements
* Support modernization initiatives across campaign execution and reporting ecosystems
Required Experience:
* 6–10+ years of experience in campaign execution, marketing operations, analytics delivery, or related roles
* Prior experience leading teams and managing offshore delivery models
* Experience within banking domains such as Credit Cards, UIL, or HE products
* Strong stakeholder management, communication, and delivery ownership skills
* Experience working with bureau data/attributes and audience targeting frameworks
