PpbMake your mark for patients /b /p pWe are looking for an bHR Employee Experience Enablement Lead /b who is strategic, collaborative, and outcome-focused to join our Talent (HR) team, based in our Brussels office in Belgium. /p h3Build the future of HR /h3 pWe’re not looking for someone to optimize the status quo. We’re looking for someone to reinvent it. /p pAs part of our HR transformation, we are redesigning how HR works – a unique momentum to build a next-generation HR framework – where digitalization, AI and design thinking come together to create a bseamless, intelligent, and human-centered HR experience /b and radically simplify how we operate. /p pUCB already operates with a mature digital HR ecosystem. This role focuses on the next level: integrating AI, automation, and intelligent agents to drive step-change impact – not basic system implementation. /p h3What makes this role different /h3 pThis isn’t a traditional HR or automation role. /p pYou will act as a bstrategy architect and catalyst for innovation /b, shaping how technology and people interact across the employee journey. /p pThink: /p ul liFrom fragmented processes → to bend-to-end journey experiences /b /li liFrom manual work → to bintegrated solutions that drive efficiencies and measurable impact /b /li liFrom digital solutions→ bto AI and agent enabled HR operating model /b /li /ul pThis is not a support role – it’s a result role /p h3Your mission /h3 pbBring to life the future state of HR experiences /b /p pbTranslate the HR transformation vision into scalable AI and digital enables solutions. /b Elevating an already mature digital HR landscape by shaping a clear vision for how human touch, digital, and intelligent automation come together across key moments that matter. /p pbBuild and operationalize the AI and automation framework /b Establish the frameworks, tools, and ways of working needed to consistently deliver outcomes. Define the skills, roles, and capacity needed to sustain and grow this transformative framework. /p pbEnable speed and scalability /b Set up the right operating model, governance, and metrics to balance agility with consistency and long-term impact. A delivery model that fits the UCB culture and ensures speed in line with the transformation journey roadmap. /p pbConnect ecosystems to unlock value /b Act as a bridge across HR CoE’s, Digital, IT, People Services and external partners to co-create and accelerate solutions /p pbDrive adoption and momentum /b Turn transformation into a movement - engaging stakeholders and embedding new ways of working across the organization /p h3Your playground /h3 pYou will operate from the Global HQ in Brussels at the intersection of: /p ul liHR transformation /li liDigital innovation automation /li liEmployee experience design /li /ul pOperating in a fast-paced transformation environment with clear delivery expectations. /p pWorking with a global network of experts, you’ll have the space to experiment, influence, and scale ideas that matter, understanding and serving local realities. /p h3What you bring /h3 pWe’re looking for someone who is as comfortable with ambiguity as they are with execution. /p ul liExperience in bHR transformation, digital, or automation-driven initiatives /b (5-8y) /li liStrong understanding of bdigital ecosystems, automation, and emerging technologies /b /li liProven ability to bbuild frameworks, drive change, and scale solutions globally /b /li liA bbuilder mindset /b: you don’t wait for clarity - you create it /li liStrong stakeholder influencing and storytelling skills /li liFluent in English /li /ul pAt UCB we’ve embraced a hybrid-first approach to work, bringing teams together in local hubs to foster collaborative curiosity.
