About the role We are looking for a Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Expert / Team Lead to join our team and play a key role in delivering end-to-end solutions for our clients.In this role, you will combine functional expertise, solution design, and team leadership to ensure high-quality project delivery and long-term customer success.You will work on full lifecycle implementations, from pre-Sales and design to deployment and optimization, while supporting and mentoring a team of consultants.
Your responsibilitiesProject Delivery (End-to-End)Lead and contribute to end-to-end D365 F&O implementations (analysis, design, build, test, deploy, support)Translate business requirements into functional solutions and system configurationsDesign scalable and efficient business processes within Dynamics 365 F&OValidate solutions through testing, user acceptance support, and go-live readinessEnsure project deliverables meet quality, scope, and timeline expectationsFunctional ExpertiseAct as a subject matter expert in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O (Finance and/or Operations modules)Advise clients on best practices, standard functionalities, and process improvementsConfigure and optimize modules such as Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or othersMaintain clear and structured documentation (functional designs, processes, UAT scenarios)Client EngagementBuild strong relationships with stakeholders and act as a trusted advisorFacilitate workshops, demos, and training sessionsSupport pre-Sales activities including solution demonstrations and estimationsUnderstand client needs and proactively identify opportunities for improvement and innovationTeam LeadershipProvide guidance and coaching to functional consultants and analystsAct as a go-to person within the team for complex functional topicsReview team deliverables and ensure consistency and quality standardsContribute to knowledge sharing and capability development within the teamSolution & Platform GovernanceWork closely with technical teams to ensure functional and technical alignmentEnsure proper usage of Microsoft Lifecycle Services (LCS)Support continuous improvement of internal methodologies and delivery frameworks QualificationsYou are customer-oriented, and this mindset drives the way you workYou have at least 3 years of experience as a Functional Analyst with strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O and/or Dynamics AXStrong knowledge of Operations modules (Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Logistics, etc.)Experience working on end-to-end ERP implementation projectsYou understand the importance of clear, concise documentationExperience with LCS (Lifecycle Services) is requiredYou have experience delivering demos, trainings, and facilitating workshopsExperience in leading or mentoring a team is a strong plusDynamics certifications are a plus;
