Job Overview
Hematology Business Unit Manager (CAR‑T) – Buenos Aires, Argentina.
Purpose
Lead the Country Value Team to plan and deliver initiatives that generate measurable value for the brand.
Responsibilities
* Lead CAR‑T site activation, certification, governance and act as the single commercial point of contact.
* Drive on‑label scientific education, commercial negotiations, contract management, access strategy, payer engagement, and align sales forecasting with sites and planning teams.
* Proactively optimize site processes and infrastructure, support audits/inspections, resolve operational issues, and benchmark and map risks.
* Own and drive brand strategy aligned with the Value Excellence Book and local needs, lead CVT governance/forums and interface with field and regional governance.
* Set and deliver sales targets and brand objectives through robust brand planning, business reviews and financial cycles.
* Ensure strong alignment with MAF, Marketing, Access Heads, KOLs, regional teams, and senior leadership.
* Contribute to strategy and decision‑making across BME, CME, Access, pricing and commercial policies, regulatory strategy, and PSP planning.
* Shape key brand messages and field force action plans, tactical promotion, communication plans, training and promotional materials aligned to the editorial calendar.
* Drive commercial policy and brand launch strategy in collaboration with Access team, ensuring disciplined execution.
* Implement CVT governance decisions, manage agenda and collaborate with IBVT and best‑practice forums.
Qualifications / Requirements
* Minimum bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences and/or business.
* Experience in hematology, oncology, or cell therapy (preferred).
* Good understanding of the healthcare environment (required).
* Prior experience in key account management in a healthcare environment (preferred).
* Experience in pharmaceutical industry (highly preferred).
* Leadership of multi‑functional and complex teams (required).
* Experience in marketing, access, and sales positions (required).
* Demonstrated empathy, clear communication and ability to foster collaboration and trust (required).
* Advanced English proficiency (required).
* Availability to travel 20‑25% of time.
* Valid driver’s license.
