Talisman are retained by a leading Consultancy as they seek a senior utility operations leader with deep expertise in gas distribution systems, field operations, emergency response, and infrastructure resilience. This individual will advise utility clients on operational reliability, storm preparedness, system modernization, and critical infrastructure risk.
Key Responsibilities
* Advise clients on gas distribution operations, reliability, emergency response, and resilience strategy.
* Support storm response, restoration planning, operational readiness, and infrastructure modernization initiatives.
* Provide expertise across gas operations, construction, maintenance, engineering, and regulatory compliance.
* Partner with executive stakeholders on operational performance, risk management, and resilience planning.
* Support broader utility and infrastructure transformation engagements.
Preferred Background
* 15+ years in regulated utility operations environments.
* Strong experience in natural gas distribution operations and field leadership.
* Expertise in emergency response, storm restoration, system reliability, and operational resilience.
* Background leading large-scale infrastructure, operations, or maintenance organizations.
* Strong understanding of utility regulatory and compliance frameworks.
