Requirements
* Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
* Experience in customer service, preferably in the telecommunications or technology sector.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide clear guidance to customers.
* Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
