Description
* You will manage email inquiries, answer telephone calls and make appointments;
* You will carry out KYC analyses and assist in setting up files for customers;
* You ensure first-rate commercial follow-up of customers, taking care of integrating new customers and resolving their problems;
* You passionately represent our company's mission, values and strategy, as well as all its products and services, to customers and prospects;
* You take a proactive approach in your contacts with customers to build lasting relationships to support the Private Advisor team;
* You keep abreast of developments in the banking sector, and in the products and services offered by our company.
Profile
* Possesses excellent organizational skills, working with rigor and attention to detail while respecting established processes and standards;
* Demonstrates initiative and a positive, adaptable attitude, able to collaborate effectively as part of a team while being autonomous and responsible for his/her tasks;
* Is comfortable interacting with customers, whether by telephone, face-to-face or in writing, and adopts a commercial approach. Communication is a key skill;
* Holds a bachelor's degree and has a keen interest in the financial sector. Previous experience in finance or customer service is an asset;
* You have MIFID certification;
* Perfect command of French; knowledge of Dutch and/or English would be an added advantage.
